Undeterred by setbacks, Andora began doing contract facilitation work for a well-known training company. It took nine months before she secured her first client in 2015, but that marked the inception of Willow North Growth Partners.

 

Andora's unwavering motivation stems from her passion for results. She values client feedback, both positive and constructive, because she uses it to fuel her team's growth. Andora believes that this type of collaboration and communication is what empowers businesses to equip their workforce with the necessary skills to inspire lasting change.

 

Andora's educational journey includes earning a BA in communication from the University of Alabama. She has also obtained certifications in Emotional Intelligence (EQ-i & EQ-i 360), Lead Now!, Relationship Intelligence, and InsideOut Coaching, among other equally impressive designations. Notably, she is a Ken Blanchard Channel Partner and is working towards certification in the i4 NeuroLeader™Methodology. Her remarkable achievements were acknowledged when she was recognized as Thought Leader of the Year.
