CareerPaths NW’s approach has more than just a positive impact on candidates and firms; they’ve touched the community. Partnering with a mentorship program, André and his team introduce junior high and high school students to various professionals in multiple fields to educate them on career possibilities. André also works with juvenile rehab programs in the area, giving disadvantaged youth a leg up on career options. “Nobody in my family is an entrepreneur, so I’ve had to work really hard to get better and stronger.
