When Christian Leake founded De Leca Ventures in 2019, he was not following a carefully crafted entrepreneurial blueprint. In fact, he never intended to start a business at all. Instead, his journey evolved organically through curiosity, continuous learning, and a desire to understand how successful people truly built wealth. Today, as owner of De Leca Ventures, Christian oversees a diverse portfolio of businesses across real estate, property management, hospitality, and related service industries, all connected by a commitment to long-term value creation and operational excellence.

 

Christian began his career in finance as a financial advisor with a national insurance and investment management company. While helping clients manage their portfolios, he noticed a common theme among many of the most financially successful individuals he encountered. Their wealth was rarely concentrated in stocks and bonds alone. Instead, they often owned businesses, real estate, and private investments that generated multiple streams of income and opportunity. Determined to broaden his own understanding, he pursued additional insurance licenses, expanded his financial knowledge, and began making small investments of his own.

 

Real estate quickly became a passion. What started with a handful of rental properties eventually grew into a larger portfolio of residential and multi-family rental properties. Along the way, Christian gained firsthand experience in property management, partnerships, business structures, taxation, and operational efficiency. He also learned that sustainable success ultimately depends on two critical factors: people and processes. By managing his own properties and continuously refining systems, he developed a framework that would later become the foundation of De Leca Ventures.

 

The company launched its first business, RAM Property Management, but opportunities naturally continued to emerge from serving clients. Long-term rental owners needed vacation rental management, leading to the creation of an Airbnb management platform. Vacation rentals required cleaning services, prompting the launch of a cleaning company. Additional ventures followed, each strategically selected to complement existing operations. Today, De Leca Ventures encompasses nine enterprises, including property management, real estate sales, interior design, lawn care, hospitality-related services, and more. Christian’s guiding principle is simple: every new business should support and strengthen at least two existing operations.

 

His primary specialties include entrepreneurship, real estate investment strategy, business development, and the creation of scalable operational systems. He is particularly passionate about building interconnected businesses that leverage shared expertise while fostering sustainable growth. A graduate of Union University with a bachelor’s degree in marketing, Christian also holds both real estate and VLS licenses.

 

While his companies have earned numerous accolades, including being named Franklin’s #1 Property Management Company by Expertise.com for four consecutive years, Christian views his greatest accomplishment differently. For him, success is measured by the opportunities he creates for employees and their families. By cultivating a culture rooted in integrity, relationships, support, and genuine care for people, he has built more than a collection of businesses, he has built a lasting legacy.
