Daniel M. His journey from a solo entrepreneur to leading a thriving 12-person team with offices in Norwood, MA, and Newport, RI, is a testament to his grit, vision, and unyielding passion for dealmaking. He recently won top retail leasing transaction in Massachusetts.

Founded in 2013, DMG Brokerage is known for its hands-on, relationship-driven approach to landlord and tenant representation. While many firms rely solely on digital marketing and mass advertising, Dan and his team take a different route—cold calling and direct outreach. "It’s about personally connecting with the local and regional community to find the right fit for every property," Dan explains. For Dan, every deal is a puzzle waiting to be solved. “It doesn’t matter what’s happening with the economy or real estate market. You’re just trying to find the market price that both parties agree to,” he says. This philosophy was on full display in a recent Norwood transaction. After initial outreach yielded little interest, Daniel adjusted the pricing strategy, personally re-engaged prospects, and successfully leased the space. Another example of his ingenuity involved guiding a hesitant property owner through multiple offers with contingencies, breaking down risks and costs to facilitate a confident decision.

Dan’s drive stems from a genuine love for the game. “I’m addicted to dealmaking,” he says. His day-to-day is a whirlwind of cold calls, client conversations, and market research—all fueled by his unwavering motivation. “That motivation is missing from a lot of people’s jobs. I wouldn’t trade this career for anything.”

A master’s degree from Brandeis University, a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) candidacy, and certifications from Boston University further anchor Dan’s expertise. As an active member of the International Chamber of Shopping Centers (ICSC), he remains deeply engaged with the broader real estate community.

For Dan, real estate isn’t just about properties—it’s about people. “The relationship with my clients is a two-way street,” he says. “We’re working together, talking four or five times a day to get the deal done.” It’s this collaborative ethos that has driven DMG Brokerage’s organic growth and cemented its reputation as a trusted partner in the Boston area and beyond.
