Dave’s career history is a testament to his hard work and resourcefulness. From his first role in the finance sector, to his current appointment, he has continually developed relationships and dedication to the mastery of his skills in order to progress through a variety of roles in the financial industry. He credits his relationship with God, loving his career, and the people he works with daily.
At the age of 21, Dave made his start in the investment world in 1999 as an internal variable annuity wholesaler for AIG SunAmerica. Within a year, he was promoted to strategic annuity specialist and earned a Rookie of the Year Award. Dave was later recruited into a recruiting role with Pacific Select Distributors as a regional VP for 5 of their broker/dealers. Those firms were eventually sold to LPL and Dave moved over to SecuritiesAmerica in 2004 to serve as the regional vice president of recruiting in the West Coast. Subsequent advancements include positions with Royal Alliance and Associates, Financial Advisers of America, and ultimately starting his own recruiting firm in 2012, RepRecruit, LLC.
As the chief executive officer of RepRecruit, LLC, Dave has made it his life mission to provide financial advisors with the best broker dealer solutions based on the needs of the advisor and their clients. He is not shy when stating that sometimes the best move is not moving firms at all and telling advisors to keep their current broker/dealer relationship. Through the professionalism, honesty and integrity of his work, RepRecruit has successfully moved over 175 million dollars of revenue to a network of broker/dealers since inception. He regularly advises broker/dealer executives on recruiting initiatives, procedures, best practices and speaks at broker/dealer conferences nationwide.

More impressive still is the profile he maintains within the community. Dave is thoroughly engaged with his church as a pastor and through teaching his congregation about the love of God. He has 8 children with his wife, Danielle, and as he often does for his colleagues and peers in business, he endeavors to enrich the lives of everyone he encounters as a humble, God loving, hard-working, professional ready to help others succeed.
