For more than two decades, Dr. Michael A. In 2025, the former Intel executive stepped away from corporate leadership rather than pursue another traditional role. He chose instead to become a builder — taking on a problem whose implications he sees clearly in his own children's future, and whose answer he believed no existing company was positioned to deliver.

 

Founded in 2025 and based in San Diego, SignalVerified is a workforce technology company challenging how employers recognize human capability. Dr. Campbell believes resumes, credentials, and conventional interviews often provide an incomplete picture of what someone can actually do. SignalVerified enables candidates to demonstrate their abilities through realistic work scenarios, with performance evaluated against defined professional standards. The result is a model designed to make capability visible and hiring decisions more trustworthy.

 

Dr. Campbell brings significant experience to that mission. He led Intel’s $2.3 billion global education business, transformed Lenovo Japan’s tablet division with 300% year-over-year revenue growth, and developed the Work Ready Impact Framework™. Yet SignalVerified represents something more personal: an effort to ensure technology strengthens rather than diminishes human opportunity. Its philosophy is simple: human-governed and AI-assisted, reflecting Campbell’s conviction that the future of work should be built not merely around technology, but around the people it is meant to serve.
