Dr. Soltani began her medical journey at Semmelweis University of Medicine and completed global clinical rotations throughout Europe and Asia, focusing on internal medicine, diagnostics, and global health outreach. She holds a BSc in biology from Portland State University and an executive MBA from the Quantic School of Business and Technology. Her extensive career spans clinical care, global health, biotech, and medical innovation.

At SeeCOLe, Dr. Soltani plays a central role in bridging advanced tech with clinical utility. She helps design clinical workflows, ensures medical accuracy, contributes to clinical trial execution, and oversees regulatory alignment for all healthcare solutions.

The company’s flagship product is Mary—an AI-powered medical assistant built to integrate seamlessly with EHR (Electronic Health Record) systems. Mary responds to voice commands, giving clinicians instant access to patient data—labs, imaging, medication history—across any smart device, not just AR glasses. Whether on a tablet or wearable, physicians can say, “Show me blood trends for patient X,” and receive visual data in seconds.

What truly differentiates Mary is its focus on physician ease and patient safety. It's hands-free and HIPAA-compliant, with voice-authenticated access that reduces contamination risk. Clinicians can issue verbal orders for medications, labs, and imaging, which Mary reconfirms before pushing back to the hospital system. Importantly, SeeCOLe never stores any patient data; information is only pulled from EHR analysed with IP algorithm and returned to the provider’s EHR—enhancing privacy and compliance.

Mary also supports broader healthcare initiatives. Public health agencies can use it to track trends like measles, flu, diabetes or COVID-19 in real time, providing a tool for both individual care and population-level insight. Already integrated with leading EHRs such as like Epic, Cerner (Oracle Health), and Athenahealth, the technology is poised to become a standard in both hospital systems and outpatient clinics.

A Broader Legacy of Innovation

In addition to her work with SeeCOLe, Dr. Soltani is the co-founder of Re-GeneRox, a biotech company pioneering lipid nanoparticle-based mRNA therapies for skin rejuvenation and repair. She also led Zada Partners, where she supported smart medical room development and needle stick injury prevention initiatives across Europe and the Middle East. A recognized thought leader, she serves as an editor-in-chief and has published extensively.
