Today, as founder and CEO of Safe Oil Corporation, Penyak leads a fast-growing foodservice technology company transforming how commercial kitchens manage cooking oil. Safe Oil’s fully automated system eliminates one of the most dangerous tasks in restaurant operations: manually handling scalding oil. The Safe Oil system allows staff to add fresh oil and remove waste oil directly at the fryer, significantly reducing burns, spills, slips, and falls while delivering real-time visibility and cost control.

 

Safe Oil installs and maintains its equipment at no upfront capital cost to customers and recycles 100% of collected waste oil into renewable biodiesel. The company now delivers millions of pounds of cooking oil annually to restaurants across the Southeast.

 

Before Safe Oil, Penyak built his first business success alongside his wife, Janet Penyak, through Penyak Travel, a venture that earned national media recognition and helped establish his entrepreneurial foundation. A contributing author to The Sales Success Stories Book Vol. 1 and previously quoted in The New York Times, Penyak embodies how resilience and innovation can transform a bold idea into an industry disruptor.
