It was with this goal that he founded Dash Commercial Real Estate Advisors in June 2022 as a boutique commercial real estate brokerage focused on single tenant net lease investment sales and sale leasebacks. In their first year alone, they’ve executed $42 million in transactions across 35 states, amassed an inventory valued upwards of $150 million, and built a swelling roster of well-known franchises—among them AutoZone, Kroger, Chili’s, Burger King, and Olive Garden. While other firms may focus on transactions, John believes in serving the people, building real relationships, and creating personalized strategies that reflect their individual needs.
Based in Charlotte, North Carolina, Dash CREA specializes in the negotiation, diligence, and eventual sale or acquisition of net leased assets, and provides expertise and advisory services for sale leasebacks, development, lease restructuring, build-to-suits, and M&A opco sales between operating entities and franchisees. With over 50 transactions since pivoting from investment banking in 2019, John weaves his significant expertise into his unique vision of what commercial real estate should be: where people take priority and get the strategies they need for success. He’s worked with over 50 major companies across industries handling over $100 million in property, and many clients, thrilled with the success of their bespoke strategies, have followed him to Dash.
