Reassurance Solutions, founded in 2023, operates across the U.S, partnering with 80 correctional facilities to address critical challenges, including in-custody deaths, drug overdoses, and detoxification risks. The company's groundbreaking technology, initially designed for healthcare, allows continuous, non-invasive monitoring of inmates’ vital signs—no wearable devices required. This revolutionary solution enables officers to respond to crises while maintaining a safer distance, ultimately saving lives every day.

Jon’s journey to this pivotal role began with 12 years of service as a U.S. Naval Officer, followed by project management roles at Siemens/Automated Logic and various sales positions. Armed with an M.S. in environmental planning and management from Johns Hopkins University and a B.S. in oceanography from the United States Naval Academy, he combines strategic vision with an unwavering commitment to service.

Promoted to president within a week of joining the company, Jon finds immense fulfillment in his work, describing it as “a gift.” Under his leadership, Reassurance Solutions is not just delivering advanced technology—it’s fostering hope, transforming lives, and redefining what’s possible in corrections.
