

Justin M. Guile
Justin Guile has built a career on cultivating lasting relationships. As SVP for Regent Bank’s Broken Arrow market located in Tulsa, Oklahoma, he’s responsible for commercial lending functions and business development. With a progressive outlook on lending practices, Regent Bank is known as a health care private bank that has divisions in Hispanic, Tribal, and Cannabis banking. Regent Bank is known as top 10 commercial bank. “Lending is all about relationships,” Guile states. “It’s about building core relationships and meeting expectations.” For the clients he serves, Justin acts as a trusted advisor working to make the entire process more of a private banking experience. “I love coming to work every day and being able to make a difference,” he states. In 2019, Justin co-founded Lift Coffee Bar in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. The Oklahoma-based coffee and wine bar located in the heart of the Cherokee nation has seen tremendous success since opening winning multiple awards for products and services. From the start, the company was able to adapt and thrive while growing sales to impressive heights. The company was able to keep its staff employed throughout COVID-19, which Justin counts among his greatest professional accomplishments. “Employees are your greatest resource to the business,” he states.
Prior to joining Regent Bank and launching his own venture, Justin worked as sole financial analyst at the private equity firm Accord Capital before serving as the sole financial controller of the North American operations for Lufthansa’s component services division. He has served as a commercial lender since 2015, where he has originated over $75 million in funding to small businesses and the communities he has served. As a business owner, banker, community leader, and member of numerous community organizations, Justin relates to the clients he serves and their constant quest of finding balance and success. “Owning a business and working a full-time job as a banker during a global pandemic, while being able to maintain balance with my career and family has been paramount,” he states.
Justin holds a business degree from Northeastern State University with an emphasis in finance management. He attended the SMU School of Business with the ABA Commercial Lending School for Banking, Credit, and Financial Analysis. He also attended and holds a certification from the OBA Commercial Banking School.
