With seven years of experience in human resources, she has become a trusted advisor who helps leaders navigate growth, organizational change, workforce planning, and employee engagement. Her approach is rooted in servant leadership, focusing first on how she can empower others to succeed.

Kylee’s career journey within the organization has provided a unique perspective, having previously served as both a recruiter and an emergency room technician at Our Lady of Lourdes Health. Those experiences gave her firsthand knowledge of clinical operations, enabling her to bridge the gap between frontline healthcare teams and strategic HR initiatives. Among her notable accomplishments are leading a cross-functional leadership process initiative across the health system and serving as an HR subject matter expert on a panel for the St. Landry Parish Chamber of Commerce. Kylee holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration, an MBA with a concentration in human resources, and both SHRM-CP and PHR certifications.
