As the president, chief operating officer (COO), and senior underwriter of Land and Title Agency Limited, Lisa brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every transaction she undertakes.
Lisa's journey in the industry began at a young age, as her mother started working in the title industry back in 1957. In 1977, her mother introduced her to the world of title insurance, igniting a passion that has fueled Lisa’s career ever since. She has been associated with Old Republic National Title, her sole underwriter, since 1981. What sets Lisa apart in the competitive real estate title insurance industry is her unwavering commitment to relationships. Building on her 150% relationship-based business model, Lisa has cultivated enduring partnerships with agents and clients, some of whom have been with her for an impressive 35 years.
Passionate about her work, Lisa finds joy in the uniqueness of each transaction. No two deals are alike, as every transaction involves different players, rates, and intricacies. Her absolute favorite aspect is assisting first-time home buyers with purchase transactions, guiding them through the exciting process of homeownership.
Licensed by the Ohio State Department of Insurance since the early 1980s, Lisa is an active member of local boards of realtors, including the Columbus RE Exchange. Recognized for her exemplary business practices, she holds an A++ rating with the Better Business Bureau. Additionally, Lisa is a proud member of the National Association of Professional Women and was awarded Who’s Who of Executive and Professionals in 2002. Beyond her illustrious career, Lisa has been with her spouse for 33 years and cherishes her role as a grandmother of 10.
