Matt’s team focuses on providing customized real estate solutions for both local and multi-market clients throughout North America. Matt’s main focus is on office leasing solutions for companies (tenants) and helping building owners (landlords) to lease their vacant office space. “After the pandemic and an increase in remote-work, office and workspace solutions for companies require a more thoughtful approach to ensure that we are securing workspace(s) which cater to the various workstyles of the employees, and also align with the employers’ goals and objectives for their company and staff,” Matt says.
