Commencing her illustrious career at Citibank, where she honed her skills for a decade, Penney subsequently transitioned into management consulting in London following the completion of her MBA at IMD in Lausanne, Switzerland. Throughout her career, she has spearheaded numerous high-impact engagements for a wide array of clients spanning Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Middle East. Her repertoire encompasses strategic reviews, value creation initiatives, turnaround strategies, competitive analysis, disruptive change management such as scenario planning and impact quantification, implementation planning, and facilitating new market entry strategies.
