The publishing process outlined below does not apply to Digital Packages

  • Interview conducted

  • Bio written

  • Bio draft emailed in approximately 10-15 business days of completed interview


  • Review draft

  • Submit revisions

  • Finalize bio

  • Submit photos/logo

  • Social media announcements and online profile created


  • Once production is complete, we issue a digital proof via email so you can view your feature as it will appear in the magazine. At this stage, the magazine is closed to content revisions.

  • Instructions for ordering extra copies provided and shipping address confirmed.


  • Magazine sent out to be printed

  • Magazine is shipped


*If you do not complete your interview in time for production (production estimates available HERE) we may elect to obtain information from online sources in order to craft a biography and fulfill the publishing agreement. For more information on this, please review our Terms & Conditions

Please note: In order to protect our clients' privacy, we do not publish the magazine online as sales people, telemarketers, and other solicitors use it as a resource to collect contact information, then harass/spam/call those published in it. We issue a PDF so that you may share your feature within your own network, but we do not allow the magazine in its entirety to be shared on social media or any other public platforms.



Please be advised that when production of the magazine has been completed, we issue 2-3 proofs via email. Typically, production is an 10-12 week process.


First Proof:  This allows you to review your feature and advise us of any typographical errors. We do not accept any other changes to content at this time. 

Second Proof: This proof reflects corrections to any typographical errors you reported after receiving the first proof. You will only receive a 2nd proof if you requested corrections. 


Final Proof: This is the finalized digital magazine. At this time, we will offer the opportunity to order additional copies and request your shipping address.


Shipping:  Hard copies of the magazine typically begin shipping approximately two weeks after the final proof is issued.

*Photo/Logo Submission:

  • We cannot obtain photos from online sources such as LinkedIn or a website; they are too small for print.

  • Email your photos/logos as attachments (do not embed). Files over 25mb can be sent via Google Drive or Dropbox.

  • File formats accepted: JPEG, AI, EPS, PSD, PNG, PDF, TIF.

  • Cover photos must be a minimum of 8” x 10” (vertical orientation) at 300dpi/ppi. 

  • Feature photos must be a minimum of 5” x 7” at 300 dpi/ppi.

  • Photos should include from the waist up at minimum (extreme close-ups are not recommended).
