Ronald Tran
Ronald Tran is a distinguished trial lawyer at Cholakian & Associates, a prominent civil litigation firm with offices strategically positioned throughout Northern California. After just two years of exceptional performance at the firm, he earned the well-deserved promotion to partner.
Ronald regularly represents a portfolio of approximately ten major insurance carriers across California in both state and federal courts. He has first-chaired 50 jury and bench trials, with the first 30 jury trials conducted within the first five years of practice. With a decade of profound legal experience, he is well equipped to defend self-insured and insured clients against claims involving catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and commercial disputes. Further, Ronald has negotiated favorable settlements in dozens of mediations and other forums of alternative dispute resolution.
