With over 25 years of combined experience in residential and commercial real estate as well as note investing, Stan Steele brings a wealth of knowledge and value to every relationship.
Stan is the founder and CEO of Axiom Note Trade, a professional note buying company that specializes in the purchase of seller-financed mortgage notes and trust deeds. As a real estate investor, Stan has renovated well over 200 properties and controls a portfolio that includes seller-financed notes, large tracts of undeveloped land as well as single-family homes and apartment buildings around the country.
As CEO, Stan is responsible for the overall vision of the company and maintains direct oversight of marketing and acquisitions. Prior to his roles with Axiom, Stan spent 15 years as a successful mortgage banker. He is a certified mortgage planning specialist (CMPS) and has devoted the past 25 years to real estate investments.
Stan also shares his knowledge and uses his experience to guide and educate others in the industry through live networking events and his various meetup groups. He currently teaches a national real estate course approved by the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and he also offers courses for financial planners that are approved by the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) Board of Standards. These courses focus on strategies to help professionals protect and better position their clients for success through the utilization of advanced mortgage planning techniques that are designed to work in conjunction with wealth creation and taxation strategies for primary residence and income-producing properties.
Stan is also the host of "House Money Radio", a podcast dedicated to the education of note investors and real estate developers nationwide. He is the author of the book, "Big Money Secrets" – published in October of 2019. The book's core focus is building wealth through the utilization of seller-financed notes.
