“Change the way you see things, and the things you see will change” is the mantra of hubmee founder and CEO, Vitaliy Ivanyshyn. Built from the belief that technology can help make people’s lives easier, and more productive, hubmee is an automated personal manager for daily tasks, schedules, and household routines. Headquartered in Chicago, with a presence in Ukraine, the company seeks to make people’s lives easier one click at a time. “The whole idea behind our intelligent automation system is to give users the ability to focus on what’s really important. Ultimately, we created this application because it was something that we needed,” he states. As a husband and busy father of four children, Vitaliy came to recognize that the minutia of basic household tasks can really start to add up. “When my wife was in law school, I was a psychology student, and we both had jobs at the time,” he shares. “Staying on top of bills and things just became too much, so we had the idea to create something transformative that would really change people’s lives, including our own.”

In addition to helming hubmee, Vitaliy has launched a pair of other entrepreneurial ventures over the course of his career. He’s the founder of Chicago-based creative web design and development company Ukietech, which offers graphics, rendering, animation, and branding services. He’s also the founder and former director of business development of the cloud-based property management solution Tenant Cloud, where he achieved a successful exit valued at $97 million. Now, as the CEO of hubmee who’s trained in psychology, Vitaliy brings all his knowledge and experience to bear as the organization’s ideologist and business architect overseeing the company’s overarching strategy and operations. As a psychoanalyst, Vitaliy has an intricate understanding of people’s hopes, dreams, and needs. “The knowledge gleaned from my educational background has helped me better understand human behavior, which has been valuable in my professional endeavors,” he states.

Vitaliy holds a master’s in counseling psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, a PhD in psychology from Vasyl Stefanyk Precarpathian National University, and a Doctor of Medicine degree in therapeutics from Ivano-Frankivsk National Medical University. He’s also completed the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses and Kauffman Fellows programs.
