Andrew Noegel’s journey into real estate was no accident—it was destiny, discovered during his time at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Armed with curiosity and a deep fascination for the industry, Andrew pursued his real estate license upon graduating in 2009 and quickly joined RE/MAX United, the leading real estate sales team in the area. From the outset, Andrew distinguished himself as a top producer, earning accolades like the RE/MAX Hall of Fame Award.

Andrew’s ability to connect with clients and solve problems soon became his hallmark. “What I love most about what I do is helping people, solving problems, and making dreams come true,” he shares. Those principles became the foundation for his next big step: property management. Andrew and his business partner started Premo Property Management, where he not only managed residential properties, but grew the company to the point where scaling was inevitable.

In 2014, they  partnered with the national franchise, Renters Warehouse. Recognizing the opportunity to expand his reach and enhance services, he opened Renters Warehouse Milwaukee (RWM), transforming his local expertise into a powerhouse operation. RWM has managed well over 1,000 properties and their real estate brokerages handle $10 to $15 million+  in real estate transactions annually.

What sets RWM apart is its one-stop-shop approach to real estate investment and management. From investment analysis and acquisition to leasing, property management, in-house maintenance, and brokerage services, RWM offers tailored solutions for every type of investor. The company primarily specializes in residential single-family homes and small multifamily properties, but also handles commercial properties and larger apartment complexes.

 

For homeowners, RWM provides an unmatched suite of services, including tenant placement, lease administration, electronic rent payments, preventative maintenance, property renovations, and financial reporting. For investors, whether just beginning their wealth-building journey or managing institutional portfolios, RWM offers the experienced staff and robust infrastructure to support their goals.

The company’s ability to scale came not only from its affiliation with Renters Warehouse, but also from its innovative response to market needs. During the 2009 housing downturn, when countless homeowners found themselves upside down on their mortgages, Andrew and his team offered a solution: help them rent their properties rather than sell at a loss. Premo Property Management was born to support these “unintentional landlords.”

Identifying another gap in the market, Andrew and his business partner launched Brew City Property Services, an in-house maintenance company that handles everything from day-to-day repairs to full rehab projects. Brew City also serves third-party customers, expanding the company’s impact beyond its own portfolio.

​

Fifteen years into his career, Andrew’s enthusiasm remains as strong as ever. “There’s no greater reward than helping somebody with one of the biggest investments in their life,” he says. Under his leadership, Renters Warehouse Milwaukee has become synonymous with excellence, innovation, and client satisfaction—a beacon for homeowners and investors alike.
