What if the future of business can unlock new, sustainable sources of value which empower individuals and societies? That’s the question Andrew Seepersad has built his career around. A strategist, creative, and changemaker, Andrew (re)designs businesses and organizations that challenge traditional definitions of value, blending empathy with strategic clarity to help organizations innovate with intention and purpose.

A polymath by nature, Andrew brings a multidisciplinary toolkit to every challenge. He moves fluidly across data, culture, systems, and behaviors to uncover patterns, reframe problems, and co-create innovative solutions. His strength lies in combining strategic foresight with insight-driven design to cut through noise, helping teams identify what truly matters—and architect pathways to delivery.

Andrew’s consulting practice spans industries and continents. From designing strategies, to crafting customer experiences and leading innovation capability building, he works with large corporations such as Starbucks and BP, governments, universities, and startups across North America, the UAE, Brazil, Singapore, and Trinidad and Tobago. He advises C-suite executives, city officials, entrepreneurs, and non-profits, often serving as the connective tissue that aligns vision, execution, and impact.

Most recently, as the co-founder and director of Strategy at Caribbean Dragons, Andrew is applying this expertise to build a globally connected Caribbean innovation ecosystem. His work helps under-resourced founders access international networks, strategic guidance, and creative tools for scaling purpose-driven ventures. With partners like IDB and Startup Mexico, Caribbean Dragons is becoming a catalyst for regional transformation—and Andrew is helping lead that charge with clarity, humility, and a bold reimagining of what’s possible.
