David Guadagnoli

Over the past 22 years, David Guadagnoli, who heads up the civil and corporate litigation practice groups at Manhattan-based Guadagnoli & Associates PC, has established himself as a relentless advocate for his clients, and a prominent legal figure. Admitted to the NYS bar in April 2001, David initially began his legal career at a prestigious national firm, where he focused on corporate work, and expanded into civil and insurance coverage litigation thereafter. In 2014, he joined forces with his current partner, Donato Guadagnoli, who founded Guadagnoli & Associates PC, in 2007. 

 

Guadagnoli & Associates PC, which began as a firm specializing in intellectual property and entertainment law, has since evolved, and grown exponentially, into a full-service firm, providing comprehensive legal solutions to its clients’ litigation and transactional needs, including civil and commercial litigation matters (contract, shareholder, corporate, insurance coverage, construction, real estate, employment, and personal injury litigation). On the transactional side, the firm focuses on general counsel needs for small and big businesses, start-up support, intellectual property matters, entertainment, technology, general corporate matters, real estate (residential and commercial matters) and employment (advisory) matters. David also leads the firm’s robust estate planning practice (trusts, wills, special needs planning). David was recently admitted to the Supreme Court of the United States (a privilege afforded very few attorneys); has been recognized by Super Lawyers; and named among the Top 5% of Lawyers, solidifying his status as a respected legal professional.

 

David's academic achievements are equally remarkable, having graduated Summa Cum Laude from Queens College and obtaining his law degree from St. John's University School of Law, where he was a published member of the St. John's Law Review.
