Founded in 2022 and based in Maryland, Perspective Consulting L.L.C. specializes in business analytics, strategy, and project management, offering expert guidance to federal, state, and commercial organizations. What sets Dr. Brown apart is his unique approach to leadership development, informed by decades of hands-on experience in operational and strategic environments.
