Harkiran Singh Brar, commonly known as Harry, is a distinguished barrister & solicitor who founded Harry Brar Law P.C. in 2020. With a license to practice law granted by the esteemed Law Society of Ontario, his expertise spans various legal areas, including immigration law, family law, and real estate law. However, it is immigration law that constitutes his major focus, where he dedicates himself to guiding individuals and families through the intricacies of acquiring temporary resident visas, study permits, work permits, permanent residency, and Canadian citizenship. Being well-versed in the ever-changing landscape of immigration laws, regulations, and procedures, Harry also extends his services to represent clients facing unfavorable immigration outcomes, skillfully challenging such decisions with compelling legal justifications before the Federal Court.

 

Harry's journey to becoming an internationally trained lawyer is an inspiring tale of self-determination, having had no mentor and being self-taught. As an immigrant himself, he possesses a genuine passion for immigration law, having experienced the process firsthand. Harry completed his law degree from India's esteemed Panjab University and in 2020, he earned the prestigious Federation of Law Societies of Canada's NCA Certificate of Qualification, validating his eligibility to practice law in Canada based on his Indian legal education and credentials.
