Jackie Celske’s path to becoming a leader in artificial intelligence strategy did not begin in technology. It began with people, and a life shaped by learning how to communicate across differences. Born in the United States and raised in England, she grew up navigating cultures and perspectives, learning early how language, storytelling, and human connection shape understanding. That ability to listen, adapt, and communicate would later become the cornerstone of her professional work.

 

Working across sectors including financial services, higher education, manufacturing, and nonprofit, Jackie built a career in marketing and communications and developed a deep understanding of both how organizations function and where they struggle. With a master’s degree from Johns Hopkins University and a natural talent for translating complex ideas into meaningful narratives, she became known for helping leaders clarify their message and align strategy with purpose. Yet, the path that ultimately led her into artificial intelligence was not planned.

 

In 2022, after facing significant health challenges and stepping away from work for treatment, Jackie returned what proved to be a toxic corporate environment. The stress led her to collapse in her office, forcing a profound moment of reflection. The realization was immediate. The very next day, she resigned. Within three days, she had formed an LLC, built a website, and launched a new company with no roadmap—only resilience, relentless curiosity, and a determination to build something aligned with her values.

 

Her company, The PROSE Co., was originally founded as a marketing agency built on a simple but powerful idea: stories matter. Words have the power to move people, shape ideas, and change the world. Still navigating her own health journey during these early stages, Jackie began experimenting with emerging AI tools like ChatGPT to do everything from scale her business to analyze her medical records.

 

When she casually mentioned these discoveries to clients, something unexpected happened. Rather than asking for marketing services, many began asking her to teach them about AI. Almost overnight, she found herself doing something she had never planned—training executives and teams on how to understand and use emerging AI tools.

 

Recognizing the opportunity, Jackie deepened her expertise, becoming a globally certified WSI AI Adoption Consultant and completing additional training in AI business strategy through Johns Hopkins University and the leadership programs of John C. Maxwell.

 

Today, Jackie advises organizations on enterprise-wide AI adoption while delivering keynote speeches, strategic consulting, and hands-on workshops designed to make AI practical, human-centered, and accessible. Passionate about closing gender gaps, she focuses especially on helping women build confidence and fluency in emerging technologies.

 

Her philosophy challenges the popular “AI-first” mindset and instead encourages leaders to focus on people first—identifying real problems, empowering teams, and using AI as a tool to amplify human potential rather than replace it.
