At the heart of Modulex's operations in the Americas is Juan Sandoval, president of global accounts. While Juan brings over 15 years of experience in management consulting, branding, and quality assurance, his legacy lies in the robust systems and programs he's helped implement—systems that transform how Modulex serves multinational clients with high-stakes, multi-region brand rollouts.

 

Juan leads one of Modulex's largest and most complex units, spanning five regions and implementing some of the industry's most ambitious global programs. Under his leadership, his team has emerged as a strategic pillar for Modulex, achieving a compound annual growth rate of 28% over the past four years and maintaining a consistent yearly net profit margin ratio of 24%. Notably, its market share has grown significantly, consistently surpassing both internal targets and industry expectations (2024 CAGR: 2.9%).

 

A key contributor to this success is the Assure360 Quality Assurance Program, Juan helped design. Assure360 is a framework that defines exact actions and checkpoints across all implementation phases. Bolstered by his certification in quality assurance from MIT, Juan also helped develop a training module that is now mandatory for all employees within the global accounts division. "We're considering making the module public," he shares. "There's a real need for structured knowledge in our industry."

 

Equally essential to Modulex's identity is its leadership in sustainability. The company doesn't just follow green trends—it creates them. Through innovation in recyclable and sustainable materials, eco-conscious manufacturing, and educational initiatives delivered across global forums, Modulex champions a new standard in responsible branding.
