​

“Using integrity and intuition to choose the right road” has been a guiding principle for June Heydarian’s entire career. As someone who prides herself on always putting her best foot forward, June lives for excellence and deeply cares about those around her. With over 24 years of experience in the Nevada HOA industry, she has expansive knowledge in the field of community association management leadership. Her breadth of expertise spans from community management to new community development, marketing, executive leadership, and legal and accounting. Named the 2022 Association Management Specialist of the Year, June has also been recognized with the 2021 Southern Nevada On-Site Manager of the Year, and 2019 Business Partner of the Year awards.

 

In 2023, she courageously departed the corporate realm, birthing Sage Management—an intricately personalized venture specializing in community association management in Nevada. The ethos of Sage Management revolves around knowledge, collaboration, and fostering a positive experience, coupled with a commitment to continuous excellence in community management. Comprised of a team of experienced and passionate industry professionals, Sage Management’s mission focuses on elevating both individuals and communities. “It’s not just about what we do, it’s how we do it that makes the difference,” she says.

 

Driven by a deep-rooted desire to leave situations better than she found them, June is a beacon of light in the lives of others. With a passion for problem-solving and providing cutting-edge continuing education and training for others, she has made an impact for individual companies and the industry at large. “Community Management is evolving and there are passionate individuals who see the changes that need to be made and are advocating for those changes,” she explains. “I’m grateful to be part of the process and in a position to see things from many different vantage points. My work empowers others, and that’s the true measure of my success.”

 

Appointed by the governor of Nevada to the Commission for Common Interest Communities and Condo Hotels in 2022, June is an instructor for the University of Nevada Las Vegas (UNLV) Community Association Manager Pre-Licensing Certification course and is an active member of Community Associations Institute, volunteering her time on multiple committees.
