Lamar Falconer, co-founder and CEO of AltoLeap Inc., has carved a path in technology defined by innovation, inclusivity, and impact. With more than 15 years of experience and a proven track record across several successful startups, Lamar took AltoLeap from a side project to one of Canada’s premier software development partners.
Founded in 2012 and headquartered in Toronto, AltoLeap is a boutique agency that crafts cloud-native solutions tailored to streamline complex business workflows. Under Lamar’s leadership, the company operates with a sharp focus on its proprietary LEAP Framework—Listen and Learn, Evaluate and Envision, Architect and Actualize, Performance Monitoring and Tuning. At the helm, Lamar wears many hats. He drives AltoLeap’s vision and growth strategy, leads product and solution architecture, and nurtures a unique culture that blends Canadian engineering with top-tier Caribbean talent. A proud Jamaican, Lamar has made it a mission to give back—creating high-value software jobs and mentoring a new generation of developers in his home country.
