Lauren Admirand’s journey in commercial real estate spans more than 20 years, beginning at the front desk and rising to the executive suite. Her last corporate role as senior vice president of retail asset management at Quarterra Group, a Lennar company, saw her lead a team that increased portfolio value from $50 million to $200 million in just three years. Her climb through the ranks gave her unmatched insight into the entire ecosystem—insight she now uses to reimagine industry standards through her own firm.
The Birth of a Mission-Driven Firm
In 2025, Lauren launched Admirand Commercial Real Estate Services in Massachusetts to create something different—something more human. Her mission: to bridge the gap between landlords and tenants, advocating for both sides through smarter planning, transparent partnerships, and values-driven development. “The relationship between landlord and tenant is symbiotic,” she says. “When both thrive, the community prospers.”
Advocacy Through Expertise
Lauren’s firm specializes in three core areas: site plan development, tenant improvement/construction, and lease management. She sees the site plan as the foundation of a building’s long-term success, believing flexible, future-ready design is key to sustainable value. Her advocacy for tenants is just as strong. As construction becomes more complex and costly, she offers a rare source of clarity, helping tenants avoid pitfalls that can cost thousands—or more. Her lease management strategy centers on relationship-building and long-term alignment rather than short-term wins.

Her fee-based model removes commission-driven bias, allowing her to act solely in her clients’ best interests. “Tenants need someone in their corner,” she says. “Developers and landlords need smarter, more flexible solutions. Lauren holds a B.A. from Merrimack College, a North Carolina Real Estate License, a South Carolina Property Manager License, an RPA from BOMI International, and the prestigious CPM designation from IREM. But it’s her integrity, empathy, and commitment to real-world impact that make her stand out.
