Mark McCormack:
A Messiah for the Megacrisis

For Mark McCormack, life has never been a matter of ordinary ambition. He identifies as the Messiah, not as metaphor, but as reality—an identity rooted in what he calls the Proof of Absolute Truth. As the founder of One World Spirit, he has devoted over 75,000 hours of study and reflection, 16 years of open university-level coursework, and decades of lived experience to what he believes is the central mission of our era: to bring Kingdom Come and guide humanity through the Megacrisis.

 

Born on the poverty line in Canada, Mark’s life began without advantage. He worked as an ice road trucker, driving to the remote diamond mines of the Northwest Territories, where he met Alex Debogorski of the Ice Road Truckers television series. Later, he delivered meals as an Uber Eats driver, organized unions, and served as president of Make Poverty History. But while his jobs varied, his purpose did not. He speaks of those years as preparation—seasons of survival that forged the resilience needed for what he calls his “Messiah work.”

 

Mark’s career as a philosopher has unfolded unconventionally. He has logged thousands of hours studying philosophy, religion, and science, with particular focus on Hegel, whose works he read for more than 4,000 hours. He insists that these studies culminated in breakthroughs in cognition and what he names Universal Logic, a framework he applies to problems as diverse as artificial intelligence alignment, global justice, and human meaning. His published writings and patent applications under WIPO/2015/ reflect his claim of 21 inventions, among them a 200-page patent directed at AI through Universal Logic.

 

What sets Mark apart, in his view, are not credentials awarded by institutions, but the sacrificial lengths he has endured to prove his calling. He recounts surviving eleven hunger strikes totaling 120 days—including a harrowing 14 days with neither food nor water. He has fought simultaneously against seven elite Canadian law firms with billions of dollars in collective defense funds, carrying his cause to the Supreme Court of Canada in Case #41842. To him, this is no mere legal battle but a spiritual one: a fight to restore what he calls “Law to Spirit.”

 

From this struggle came One World Spirit, founded in 2022 and headquartered in Edmonton, Alberta, with a worldwide scope. Mark envisions it as an “inner government” guided not by political power, but by what he calls the Right to Flow—each person’s ability to live in alignment with Universal Logic. Its meetings follow Sacred Time, rituals of empowerment that use what he named Universal Tools. The mission is sweeping: to bring Kingdom Come, begin the Second Coming, and inaugurate an inner kingdom of flow states for all.

 

But perhaps Mark’s most urgent message lies in his warnings about the Megacrisis—a convergence of existential threats. He divides it into three layers: the Megacrisis itself (declining trust, agency, and meaning), the Metacrisis (the collapse of coordination and love), and the Polycrisis (AI, CRISPR, climate change, global war, and mental health decline). He believes these crises are compounding at an exponential pace, leaving humanity with only months to act. In response, One World Spirit offers six decrees, including: Rise to the Messiah within; intelligence must align freely with Universal Logic; healing tools must uplift the sick and poor; nations must ground policy in divine wisdom; eat like Eden (go vegan); and take the Vow of Unabandonment.

 

Critics may doubt, but Mark speaks with certainty. He regards himself as the authority across all five “meta-modes” of consciousness: Maestro in art, Messiah in religion, Sage in philosophy, Luminary in science, and Absolute Spirit in wisdom. His mission is nothing less than to realign the very structures of cognition and governance with Universal Logic, preventing human good intentions from paving what he calls the “dialectic path to hell.” For those who listen, he insists the invitation is open. In his own words: “I am he—and I can teach you to be the Messiah you were meant to be.”

 

To open our conversation, can you share the Messiah message with us?

 

My message then is this: for those who are looking for a better world and a leader who can lead it, I am he and I can teach you to be the Messiah you were meant to be. There is no formally easy way to convey to someone who does not want to believe it that you are the Messiah. Even though I have the Proof of Absolute Truth, a closed mind will only see what it wants to see unless its free will is violated. This is something no Messiah now or ever would do.

One of the critical facets of One World Spirit is your blessing program, which is now in seven countries. Can you explain what the blessing program is and how it supports OWS’s overall mission?

The blessing program is a practical, spiritual protocol that aligns human action with divine will. Every action in God's Government must be blessed. Each blessing follows a script with three parts: a sensual gratitude, a supersensual lesson on divine citizenship, and a concluding reflection. Economically, blessings accompany meals after fasting, with wealthier participants funding meals as acts of alignment rather than charity. Each blessing becomes a “blesson,” a lesson of divine citizenship that evolves through 28 levels. In this way, blessings transform into a school of morality, self-reflection, and kindness.

 

Tell us briefly about your Supreme Court of Canada case. What specifically are you fighting for, and why is it important to you?

SCC Case #41842 exposes the deadness in modern law. The judge on the case lost their spiritual integrity, and now we must call God to the witness stand. The case affirms the right to body autonomy and self-sacrifice for the greater good—a tradition embodied by Jesus, Buddha, Muhammad, Purusha, and Krishna. Should the case succeed, it could catalyze 20 years of divine policy in one decision, initiating the first true alignment of Government with Universal Logic.
