Micah Margolis is many things—entrepreneur, advisor, coach, strategist—but at his core, he’s a man of unwavering faith, a devoted husband, and a proud father.

 

As the co-founder and CEO of Kairos Telos Ventures and Business Transformation Advisory Group, chief strategy advisor for Dr. Lisa AI, and managing director of strategy and innovation at Alacrity Partners, Micah wears many hats. But none are more important to him than “dad.”

 

Raised in a family of business-minded individuals, Micah found his passion early. After key roles in corporate leadership—including leading global executive advisory at Gartner—he returned to his true calling: building purpose-driven ventures and, more importantly, elevating other people.

 

“My ambition has never been about more. It’s always been about better,” Micah says. “I want my kids to look back and see something God did through me that made the world better.”

 

That mindset fuels everything at Kairos Telos, where faith, purpose, and clarity are the foundation. The name says it all: Kairos means the right moment; Telos means the true goal. The firm helps leaders turn transformative ideas into real outcomes, focusing on AI, strategy, transformation, operations, and coaching. But the true cornerstone is deeper—faith and family.

 

“My faith isn’t part of my life; it’s the lens through which I see all of it,” Micah explains. “It shapes how I build, how I lead, and how I listen.”

 

For Micah, leadership starts with prayer. “Prayer is my pregame,” he says. “I make my biggest decisions with my eyes closed.” It’s a philosophy that emphasizes alignment of purpose, people, and principles.

Outside of work, Micah is all about presence. “Before I build companies, I build breakfast with my kids,” he says with a smile. “Five o’clock is sacred—it’s family time. That groundedness is true success,” Micah affirms.

 

Micah’s legacy isn’t measured in revenue, but in ripple effects. As a leadership coach, Braven mentor, and advisor to future founders, he helps others grow with clarity and intention.

 

“Success isn’t what you build,” he says. “It’s who you become while building it.”
