Nikki Huebner

Nikki Huebner’s story is one of science, sorrow, and extraordinary resolve transformed into purpose. After graduating from UNC Chapel Hill, she began her career in dental healthcare before transitioning into medical device sales. This is when she started to develop a passion for formulary chemistry and innovation.

 

In 2010, her life changed forever with the loss of her daughter, Chyler, at just 18 months old. Rather than allowing grief to extinguish her spirit, Nikki chose to Endure—a word that would later define both her life and her brand. In 2017, she founded EndureLash®, a professional beauty company created to elevate lash and brow industry standards while honoring her daughter’s memory by bringing light to others.

 

With a rare blend of scientific insight and artistic influence, Nikki built Endure into a trusted name in professional lash and brow systems. Its proprietary formulas are designed to prevent overprocessing while delivering clean, gentle, and immediate results. Beauty professionals value reliability, while clients experience confidence-enhancing transformations.

 

At its core, Endure is a charitable brand. In Chyler’s memory, it supports The Family Room Projects through Ronald McDonald House Charities, helping provide comfort to families with critically ill children. Through innovation, compassion, and purpose, Nikki has created more than a company—she has built a legacy of endurance, hope, and meaningful impact.
