Patrick McClure has always been a winner. From leading his high school football team to a state championship to playing quarterback at Clemson University and winning a national title, competing—and winning—has never been new to him. But his transition from the field to the business world didn’t just happen overnight.

​

After earning a degree in marketing with a minor in entrepreneurship, Patrick entered the professional world with the same drive and discipline that helped him succeed in sports. By age 23, he became the youngest regional sales leader in company history at his previous firm, where he led South Carolina’s sales division.

​

But Patrick’s winning streak didn’t begin with that promotion—it was simply the next step. His time at Clemson and in that leadership role laid the foundation for how he now leads in business: by motivating people, driving performance, and building aligned, accountable teams that execute. Those experiences sharpened his ability to manage individuals and lead units that function with clarity, speed, and purpose.

In the spring of 2023, Patrick launched Impact Performance Team (IPT), a full-service advisory and consulting firm based in Charleston, South Carolina. Since then, IPT has doubled revenue year-over-year and now works with clients nationwide, partnering with small business owners and agency principals to build high-performing teams, increase revenue, and scale with purpose.

What sets IPT apart is its approach. “Oftentimes, business coaching and consulting may sound good on paper, but it doesn’t move the needle,” Patrick says. “We’re here to execute and win.”

​

At IPT, it’s not just about sharing advice—it’s about rolling up sleeves and implementing real solutions. Whether that means building leadership infrastructure, redesigning operational flow, or aligning teams around measurable goals, Patrick and his team are right there in the trenches. “We don’t just hand off a strategy. We sit with the staff, implement plans, facilitate action, and hold the team and ourselves accountable to execute.”

Patrick leads the firm alongside his father, who brings three decades of entrepreneurial experience. Together, they combine energy and wisdom, giving clients a partnership built on integrity, servant leadership, and accountability.

But for Patrick, the mission runs deeper than business growth. “I’ve been blessed to have people believe in me and push me to grow and achieve my dreams,” he says. “Now, I want to do the same for others.”

​

For him, leadership isn’t about titles—it’s about raising the standard, building a culture of excellence, and leaving people better than you found them.
