My focus is on creating content that engages, resonates, and ranks—but more importantly, that drives action. Whether it’s a phone call, an online inquiry or RFP, or any other call to action, achieving those goals is our ultimate measure of success. If we don’t deliver, then we haven’t done our job—and that’s simply not acceptable to me.
