Firstly, during his tenure as the executive staff officer for L3Harris, a Fortune 500 Company, he worked directly for the president, which exposed him to complex issues and processes across R&D, finance, legal, and investor relations, paving the way for his growth as a leader. Secondly, as the president and executive director for the board of directors at Teledyne e2v, a FTSE 250 company, Robert was instrumental in mergers and acquisitions in Europe and Silicon Valley.
