Firstly, during his tenure as the executive staff officer for L3Harris, a Fortune 500 Company, he worked directly for the president, which exposed him to complex issues and processes across R&D, finance, legal, and investor relations, paving the way for his growth as a leader. Secondly, as the president and executive director for the board of directors at Teledyne e2v, a FTSE 250 company, Robert was instrumental in mergers and acquisitions in Europe and Silicon Valley. This experience kindled his passion for innovation and entrepreneurship, as he worked closely with startups and emerging technologies.
