Trevor’s extensive experience includes establishing Project Management Offices (PMOs) for global corporations and successfully managing complex merger and acquisition projects involving the integration of operating processes across multiple entities. Notably, he has led numerous transformation initiatives, including consolidating multi-site operations into single locations. His expertise extends to serving as an SAP customer program manager and partnering in the implementation of SAP cloud platforms.
