Adam Jahnke

Adam Jahnke is a principal and cofounder of Vault Equity Partners, a real estate investment firm focused on the acquisition and management of single-tenant net lease commercial properties across the U.S. Established in 2015, Adam and his partner, Geoff Linden, have quickly distinguished themselves as leaders in the net lease industry, acquiring nearly $800B in assets since inception. Vault has acquired properties across several discrete investment vehicles over the years, with their current investment fund labeled Vault-Avenida Net Lease Fund II.

 

Adam fulfills multiple roles within the company. As the overseer of the due diligence process, he ensures scrutiny and careful assessment of potential investments. Additionally, Adam supervises the operations and accounting team, helping provide efficient and effective management of Vault’s assets under management (AUM). Serving as the general counsel for the firm, he safeguards legal interests, reinforcing Vault Equity Partners' commitment to integrity and compliance. Adam's expertise is rooted in his tenure at Honigman Miller Schwartz & Cohn LLP, where he honed his skills in real estate transactional work. Notably, he achieved partner status at the age of 29, one of the youngest partners in the history of the firm.

 

Vault Equity Partners differentiates itself from its competitors by combining the sophistication of large institutions with the advantages of a lean and nimble organization. The firm primarily focuses on purchasing single tenant net lease assets in the retail, healthcare, and industrial sectors all across the United States. With an acquisition track record of over 280 properties, Vault  has delivered stable returns to its investors while keeping investment risks relatively low.  

 

Adam has cemented his reputation as an industry leader, and his expertise has been acknowledged by various publications, including being named to Crain’s Detroit’s 40 Under 40 in 2016. In the January 2017 issue of Shopping Center Business, Adam and Geoff were featured as one of the nation's top net lease buyers. As Vault continues to grow, Adam and Geoff plan to take advantage of changes in the market that appear to be on the horizon that will benefit patient buyers like Vault.

 

Adam holds a BBA from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business in 2004, and a Juris Doctor from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law.
