Alexis’s work is grounded in lived experience. She spent nearly twenty years in banking, earning promotions and building what appeared to be an unshakable career. Then, without warning, her role was eliminated during a single-day reduction that cut 650 positions. That moment shattered the illusion of job security and became the catalyst for her mission: helping others navigate their careers with agility, clarity, and ownership.

 

Today, Alexis teaches professionals how to stop relying on a single employer for stability and instead build careers that can withstand disruption. As AI reshapes industries and traditional loyalty offers diminishing returns, she helps clients move from feeling invisible to becoming adaptable, confident, and in control of what comes next.

 

At the core of her work is The Career Ninja Mindset™, a practical methodology built around five principles: Plan, Prioritize, Practice, Persistence, and Passion. Alexis helps clients apply these principles to pursue promotions, pivot roles, launch businesses, or rebuild after a layoff- without feeling overwhelmed or reckless.

Alexis has transitioned across industries, built businesses, invested in real estate, and now serves as Board Chair of PowerPlay NYC, a nonprofit creating leadership opportunities for girls through sports. She holds a bachelor’s degree in English, an MBA, and is a Certified Professional in Talent Development(CPTDⓇ).
