Amber, have you always had a passion for real estate?

​

Absolutely! When I first got my license, it was a whirlwind of life changes all happening at once—we moved, built a new house, and adopted my baby girl. It was a crazy, exciting time, and I just dove right in. Real estate had always been something I was passionate about, and about ten years ago, I decided to turn that passion into a career. Following my dreams led me to where I am today, and I haven’t looked back since!

What makes you unique?

​

It is my energy and relentless drive that sets me apart from other agents. People often ask me, “Where does all this energy come from?” because I’m constantly on the go, always staying on top of things, and I don’t stop until the job is done. In addition to this, I’m easy to work with and incredibly adaptable to my clients’ needs. I pride myself on being able to get along with anyone and creating a seamless experience. Whether it’s a cozy cottage or a luxurious log cabin in the mountains, I believe there’s something for everyone in Utah. If my clients have a dream, I’ll go above and beyond to make it a reality.

You’ve lived in both mountain and urban communities for nearly your entire life. How does your local knowledge benefit your clients?

​

Growing up in the Salt Lake Valley and moving to the mountain area of Wasatch Back about 10 years ago has given me a deep understanding of both urban living and mountain communities, which is what I specialize in. Since I am a full-time mountain resident myself, I truly know what mountain life is all about, and I can provide invaluable guidance to buyers who are new to that lifestyle. From caring for a mountain property to understanding the unique aspects of mountain living, I help my clients navigate all the ins and outs of owning a second home here.

​

The area is incredibly desirable, with endless recreational activities—boating on the lakes, beach access, hunting, hiking, snowmobiling, world-class skiing, and golf all at your fingertips. For those seeking adventure, Utah offers it all! Many people don’t realize just how much this state has to offer, and I love sharing that with my clients. It's truly a fun and exciting place to live!

I attribute my success to putting my clients first, always. For me, it’s all about working closely with each individual client and truly understanding their needs. When you’re fully dedicated to helping your clients and committed to making their experience as smooth as possible, success naturally follows. It’s not about hitting numbers or chasing transactions—it’s about guiding people through one of the most important decisions of their lives and making sure they feel supported every step of the way. That client-focused approach has been the foundation of everything I do.
