Brian Travilla has spent more than three decades in leadership, building teams, navigating high-pressure environments, and learning firsthand what separates reactive management from intentional leadership. His career spans multiple industries, including six formative years as a senior manager at Amazon, where he led large-scale operations and witnessed a recurring pattern: even the most capable leaders encounter moments when clarity fades, accountability weakens, and the systems they rely on begin to falter. Those experiences became the foundation for his next chapter.

 

As the founder and CEO of OffScript Coaching, based in Chicago, Brian now works with high performers, entrepreneurs, and founders to help them think more clearly and lead with intention. His approach is rooted in a simple but often overlooked truth; most business challenges are not surface-level problems, but symptoms of deeper leadership gaps. Rather than offering quick fixes, Brian focuses on uncovering the root cause, helping leaders examine how they show up, the expectations they set, and the environments they create for their teams.

Having led at every level, from frontline employees to senior executives, he brings a practical understanding of how organizations function in real time. Before launching OffScript Coaching in 2026, Brian held leadership roles such as Director of Sales and Retail Transformation at Petco, where he developed a relationship-driven sales model implemented across 25,000 associates. The initiative not only improved performance but sparked a broader cultural shift within the organization.

 

For Brian, success is ultimately measured by the growth he inspires in others. His greatest accomplishment is not tied to revenue or scale, but to the individuals who gain clarity, confidence, and a renewed sense of purpose through his guidance.
