Daniel Headrick, chief operating officer of Moxie Pest Control, brings more than a decade of experience in the pest control industry and a proven ability to scale operations while maintaining a strong, people-first culture. Leading a team of more than 1,500 individuals across field operations, the contact center, and corporate departments, Daniel oversees day-to-day operations, including sales operations, marketing, HR, technology, and corporate operations.

 

Under his leadership, Moxie Pest Control has achieved annual growth exceeding 30%, a trajectory supported by his implementation of operational improvement projects, advanced sales and operations training programs, and most importantly, a customer-first culture. His specialties in operational scale and execution, customer experience strategy, and mission-driven leadership have been instrumental in building an environment where team members thrive and customers receive consistent, high-quality service.

 

Founded in 2000, Moxie Pest Control now operates in more than 40 locations nationwide, providing residential and commercial pest management services.
