Darrell Moon did not set out to disrupt healthcare. For more than a decade, he led hospitals across the country as a CEO, COO, and CFO, operating inside a system that measured success by margins, quotas, and volume. But the deeper he went, the clearer the conflict became. Costs for employers were soaring. Medical debt was crushing individuals.
