Dayo Adesanya is a visionary entrepreneur with over 14 years of experience in the tech industry. As the founder of Lead54, he has dedicated his career to empowering African professionals with transformative opportunities for global leadership.

With a background as a Red Hat-certified instructor and examiner for over a decade, Dayo has been instrumental in helping individuals advance in their careers and achieve their dreams. His journey led him to pursue an MBA at Duke University's Fuqua School of Business, where he excelled as a Garda Merit Scholar.

Driven by a passion to give back and make a difference, Dayo co-founded Lead54 in Lagos, Nigeria, in May 2021. His vision was clear: to annihilate every challenge along the entire value chain of pursuing an MBA, ensuring that African talent reaches its full potential on the global stage. “What truly distinguishes us is the breadth of our offerings,” Dayo elaborates. “While our competitors focus solely on assisting individuals with MBA program admissions, we take it a step further. We are committed to supporting our students not only through the admissions process, but also in post-graduation recruitment efforts.” In fulfillment of that commitment, Lead54 facilitates connections with reputable real estate agents to help students secure quality housing at favorable rates, and even explores opportunities for discounted airfare.

In just one year, Lead54 has made significant strides under Dayo's leadership, working with 250 students across the U.S. and securing over $20M in scholarships for MBA students. The addition of Tunde Oke to their staff has also been beneficial. As Lead54 continues to redefine the landscape of global leadership, Dayo’s commitment to innovation, collaboration, and empowerment remain unwavering.
