Doreen Awuku-Agyeman

Doreen Awuku-Agyeman, co-founder and CEO of Tech Hub Africa, LLC, brings more than two decades of experience in energy, technology, and telecommunications. A seasoned leader recognized in the United States by the organizers of the 30 Black Stars, and by Business Executive in Ghana for her excellence in supporting tech ecosystems and advancing innovation, she is known for blending marketing, business management, and technology expertise to guide organizations toward growth and customer-centric transformation. Beyond business, she is deeply committed to empowering the next generation of leaders through board service, community initiatives, and advisory roles with high profile institutions like Harvard Business Review. She also serves as regional administrator for International Central Gospel Church, North America.

 

Alongside her sister and co-founder, Jemima Prempeh, Doreen launched Tech Hub Africa as a platform to provide hands-on experience, tools, and mentorship for individuals and communities across the continent. The company’s mission is rooted in positioning Africa as a global leader in STEM while bridging the digital divide. Its nonprofit arm, TechForAll, registered in both the U.S. and Ghana, delivers technology without borders through internships and initiatives that include opportunities for students, professionals, and individuals with special needs.

 

Under the Tech Hub umbrella, several ventures extend this mission: Ghana Mall Online, an e-commerce platform comparable to Amazon; GH Accommodation, which partners with universities and vetted property managers to provide safe, prepaid housing for students; and Ofie Agro Ltd., an agribusiness employing primarily single mothers and individuals with disabilities while supporting local farmers. Collectively, these enterprises reflect Doreen’s vision of innovation with impact—building sustainable businesses while empowering people and communities across Africa and beyond. The company currently employs people in the USA, Ghana, Nigeria and Kenya.
