Refusing insurance dependency, she designed a revolutionary sliding pay scale, ensuring that quality home care remained accessible without government red tape. By prioritizing staff welfare, she cultivated a 95% retention rate and positioned her company as one of Virginia’s top-paying home care agencies.

Her latest project, Black Diamond Chronicles, highlights individuals who have transcended their pasts to create community impact. With Her Story, Her Power, she is revolutionizing the way survivors enter entrepreneurship, breaking cycles of distrust and isolation to foster collaboration and financial independence.
