In addition to leading IdMap.ai, Sabira founded the Global Health Alliance, a nonprofit organization focused on developing AI-driven tools for early diagnosis, intervention, and prevention. The organization runs three primary initiatives:

The model now assists in identifying early indicators of conditions such as anxiety, depression, cognitive overload, and chronic diseases. Current research shows that it can help detect up to 70 medical conditions before clinical symptoms appear, particularly in telehealth settings.

 

StressGuard™: A context-aware system that uses wearable devices and physiological signal analysis to assess stress risk levels in real time. The tool avoids reliance on self-reported data by using biometric feedback to support early intervention strategies for stress management and burnout prevention.

 

AI Security in Healthcare: This project focuses on the secure transmission and management of healthcare data. The system includes three components: dynamic threat detection using AI pattern recognition, explainability of algorithmic decisions (e.g., insurance claim denials), and full HIPAA compliance. The model is designed to enhance transparency, reduce bias, and prevent data breaches in healthcare environments increasingly reliant on predictive algorithms.
