Vas Persaud, the founder and CEO of EcoVision Homes LLC, is a multi-talented real estate entrepreneur, a licensed planner, engineer, and contractor, and an accomplished academic who holds an MBA in entrepreneurship and an MSc in civil engineering. Over his 20-year career, he has consulted on real estate projects valued at over $3 billion, established a total of nine companies, and dedicated his time and resources for the sole purpose of improving the lives of others. About six years ago, Vas took notice of the affordable housing crisis and forecast its continual decline. Yet, Vas's vision goes beyond traditional homebuilding. He and Sachin have reengineered the land development process, employing cutting-edge systems and technology to make housing more affordable. Their approach encompasses not just construction, but also land acquisition, cost management, and overall project execution. Sachin Maskey, MD
Sachin Maskey, MD, founder and principal of Avatar Equity LLC, stands out as a dynamic figure in the intersection of private equity, real estate investment, and wellness. With over 18 years of experience as a medical doctor and more than a decade as an active residential real estate investor, Sachin has seamlessly integrated his diverse expertise to create meaningful impact through his ventures.

Inspired by Olga Murray, a lawyer who started a nonprofit in Nepal at the age of 65, Sachin was moved to embark on a similar path. His nonprofit, Dhana Yoga Foundation Inc is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization based in Massachusetts, with the vision of creating a "world free of diabetes, blindness, and poverty by supporting education and improving diabetes and vision care in underprivileged communities around the world." Realizing that his role as a physician was not sufficient to fund such ambitious goals, Sachin turned to real estate investing. This pivot led to the founding of Avatar Equity LLC in 2022, based in Massachusetts.
