Jane Kupkowski, founder and executive of Endure Firm, is an award winning third-generation entrepreneur and transformational scientist whose career blends innovation, leadership, STEM, and resilience. A multidisciplinary expert with over 26 years of experience serving government, Fortune 500 companies, universities, sales, and the private sector, Jane has built a reputation as a dynamic force for positive and innovative change across industries.

 

Jane draws from her expertise in STEM and the medical sciences to create solutions at the intersection of healthcare, wellness, fitness, and organizational transformation. With operations in both Japan and the United States, Endure Firm partners with universities, corporations, and foundations to deliver forward-thinking strategies that improve leadership, health, elite training, and human performance.

 

Jane’s personal journey has been deeply intertwined with her professional one. As a third-generation gifted leader and ambassador, building and expanding Endure Firm became both healing and purposeful. Two of her greatest accomplishments are the establishment of House of Hope Rehabilitation Center in Northern Japan, and serving as patron ambassador for Cherry Blossom Festivals for 20 years. Her leadership skills and mentorship have inspired countless professionals, while her recognition with the International Women of Influence Award underscores her global impact.

 

Alongside her business acumen, Jane is a sponsored and endorsed professional athlete in ultra-endurance, triathlons, and fitness, competing for the U.S. and internationally. Armed with double master’s degrees  as a neuroscientist, physiologist, psychologist, and behavioral scientist, as well as certifications in regeneration, sports medicine and more, Jane embodies self-mastery and continues to wake each day with passion and purpose advance industries.
