A Foundation Built Young

For Jesse Calloway, construction is more than a profession—it is the rhythm of his life. Raised on job sites from the age of five, he learned the trade from his uncle and seasoned builders who took the time to teach him their craft. By 11, Jesse was spending summers, weekends, and vacations working alongside them, gradually mastering each step of the process. At 13, he knew this was the path he would follow for the rest of his life.

After high school, Jesse was running a crew for his uncle, bringing both skill and leadership to the work. What defined him was not just the craft he learned, but the values instilled by those who trained him—work hard, finish strong, and never compromise on quality. Those lessons became the foundation of his approach to every project he touched.

Mastering the Full Scope of Construction

Because Jesse grew up working turnkey projects, he gained rare, end-to-end knowledge of the trade. He dug basements, poured concrete, framed, roofed, trimmed, and painted—building homes start to finish. This experience gave him an eye for detail that books alone can’t teach. He also handled structural repairs, sharpening his ability to diagnose issues and craft effective solutions.

Today, with 13 years of field experience, Jesse brings not only technical expertise, but also confidence in planning and execution. When a client presents an idea, he draws on countless past projects to map out a clear direction, offering realistic timelines and solutions with complete transparency.

Building BradWay

In 2022, at just 24 years old, Jesse partnered with Joshua Bradley to launch BradWay Construction and Restoration, LLC. The two share similar values and complementary strengths—Joshua providing technical strategy and Jesse driving field operations. Together, they built a company known for delivering high-quality residential remodels, additions, and new builds, while also taking on commercial projects, dirt work, and concrete.

Transparency as a Guiding Principle

What distinguishes BradWay, and Jesse in particular, is a commitment to transparency. Growing up in a small town, Jesse learned early that doing right by your neighbors is non-negotiable. That ethic translates into how he serves clients today. BradWay provides line-item material lists for every project—detailing everything down to screws, glue, and tape—so clients know exactly what they are paying for.

For Jesse, honesty from the start isn’t just good business—it’s a personal rule he has lived by since childhood. He believes this openness builds trust and sets BradWay apart in an industry where clients often expect hidden costs or unclear estimates. Whether remodeling a home for a growing family or constructing a mountain retreat, Jesse treats every client like a neighbor, ensuring they receive both exceptional craftsmanship and complete clarity.
