Kelly’s journey began at just 17 with a part-time role at RE/MAX, sparking a passion that led to a distinguished career with leading brokerages like Royal LePage and RE/MAX. Over the years, she advanced from deal conveyance to mastering the complex realms of finance and accounting.

In 2021, Kelly founded KP BOOKS CO in Toronto to bring her specialized knowledge directly to real estate professionals. Her firm offers full accounting, bookkeeping, and transaction management services tailored to real estate brokerages and professionals. KP BOOKS CO handles everything from deal processing and disbursements to document management and compliance with regulatory bodies—an intricate system few outside the industry can easily navigate.

Leveraging 20 years of hands-on experience, Kelly also acts as a trusted advisor, helping clients grow and transform their businesses. She provides the kind of support typically reserved for large franchises, giving independent brokers the tools to succeed. "Many brokers want to open boutique firms but lack the operational support. That’s where I come in," Kelly shares.
